We had heard good things about the dealership recently from customers and CTS owners, and my wife had purchased an Eldorado at Coulter 30 years ago. It was a great experience for her back then! Speaks to the Coulter family and the core values they instilled in their dealerships and employees. We purchased a new Cadillac CTS and absolutely love the car. Beautiful color, interior, amazing technology and safety features, plenty of horsepower combined with great gas mileage. Allen was particularly helpful, never pushy, explained both the car and deal thoroughly. He is a pro and understands how to separate himself and Coulter from the competition through the way he treats his customers. Paul Glans, General Manager, entered the picture during negotiations, which were greatly abbreviated because of the Costco-GM purchasing program. Trade in was valued just where we thought it would be based on Kelly BlueBook and Edmunds-- totally fair!! Coulter had several models on the lot which enabled us to see the difference in colors, luxury packages and interior designs. Once the purchase was inked, Allen spent an hour in the car with us reviewing all the technology and dashboard features, even programming in our phones to the Bluetooth network. And Coulter provides free programming at your home of the garage door and neighborhood gate!! Nobody we've ever dealt with does that!! Service department gets highest marks from our referring friends. So we look forward to a long and fulfilling relationship with Coulter Cadillac. Happy to be an honest testimonial for them. More
