I have owned many European luxury cars since the early 80's--- never really gave serious thought to a Cadillac. Kevin Kish helped me in the past at another dealership. When it came time to trade I looked Kevin up and found out that he is Sales Manager at Coulter Cadillac. Through Kevin we met Dureen Olson who introduced us to the amazing cars Cadillac has created in the luxury field while we were robotically buying from Europe. Dureen has a breadth of knowledge about Cadillac which is truly remarkable. She also knows her European competition in a way which allowed us to make accurate, heads-on comparisons. She is charming, intelligent, and patient. She took extra care to make sure we fully understood the elegant but complex CUE system in our car. To make a long story short: not only did we buy a new XTS, Kevin and Paul Glans put together a very creative sales presentation and we bought a new ATS as well! Coulter Cadillac must be doing a lot of things right to attract 3 people like Kevin, Dureen, and Paul under one roof. I entered the dealership expecting to be pounced upon by a salesperson and was pleasantly surprised to find Marty Katz. I had purchased my previous car from Marty so I knew what to expect. He provides all of the information you need to make a well informed decision. He also knows when to step back to provide you the time to make a decision. The entire process was very painless. Usually there is too much back and forth between you, your sales person and the manager to come to a financial agreement. This was a different. I told Marty what I expected to pay and what I was looking to get for my trade-in and extremely surprised when the whole process took about 10 minutes to negotiate. It was also very refreshing not to be pressured to purchase additional items by the finance manager. After a couple of glitches, we were very happy! We were very happy with Allen, but the finance gentleman Mr. Kemp was our only problem. He was not prepared when we arrived and it was obvious that he wasn't very happy with Allen, but the finance gentleman Mr. Kemp was our only problem. He was not prepared when we arrived and it was obvious that he wasn't, and obvious that he had not communicated with Mr. Hall about the transaction, I felt that the initial purchase of the car was more painful and time consuming than it needed to be. We are still trying to clean up some loose ends 2 weeks after the transaction. More

We were leasing my wife's 2010 SRX and I asked Allen Hall if we could get out of the lease early by buying the car. He calculated the difference between buying the car now vs. at the end of the lease in December and contacted me, as promised. He and I then discussed the benefit to us to buy the car now and the procedure we would need to follow. When we decided to purchase now (July, rather than in December), he scheduled an appointment with Brad Majercin in the Service Department to check the car and detail it in preparation for the purchase. Brad and Allen arranged for a loaner car for me to use (a new ATS). Because of a tight schedule, I asked that all of the paperwork be prepared in advance of a scheduled 5:30 meeting with Rick Baena. Based on our credit score, Rick was able to secure a more favorable interest rate than I expected and the paperwork process took less than 10 minutes. While at Coulter, my wife and I visited with Paul Glans, the Sales Manager, and told him how pleased we were with the SRX that he had helped us lease in 2010. We highly recommend Allen, Brad, Rick, and Paul. They are very knowledgeable, courteous professionals. More
