A thank you to Coulter Cadillac of Phoenix, My wife A thank you to Coulter Cadillac of Phoenix, My wife and I were very fortunate to have contacted Mr. Marty Katz of Coulter Cadillac in Phoenix Ariz A thank you to Coulter Cadillac of Phoenix, My wife and I were very fortunate to have contacted Mr. Marty Katz of Coulter Cadillac in Phoenix Arizona via phone to purchase a new GMC Sierra crew cab pick-up on Monday evening (7-29-2013). Mr. Katz informed us of the dealerships current inventory status on the vehicle that we were interested in and the process to obtain the vehicle from Coulter Cadillac on our specific target date. On the following Thursday (8-1-2013) my wife and I drove from Chino Hills Ca. to Coulter Cadillac to purchase our new vehicle. We were greeted at Coulter by Mr. Katz on our arranged appointment time (10:30 A.M.) at which time we were offered complementary comfort provisions for our five plus hour drive. Following a brief moment to relax Mr. Katz introduced Coulter Cadillac to us and then presented the subject Sierra pick-up and all of the amenities of the vehicle in detail. After the product presentation we were then offered a guided test drive of the vehicle through various areas of Phoenix to challenge the performance of this truck. Our test drive validated the decision to purchase our fifth GMC product since 1978, it performed better than the current Ford, Dodge and Nissan products in the 1500 class. The contract phase of our purchase went very well with the Coulter sales team consisting of Mr. Katz, Mr. Glans and Mr. Kemp. These gentlemen honored the presented price point and then expedited the final California vehicle registration and purchase contract agreement to a enjoyable close. Upon departure from Coulter in our new Sierra pick-up, Mr. Katz ensured our directions to the freeway and then provided us with a few complementary provisions for our trip home. Although the drive to Coulter was a bit of a distance for us to acquire a vehicle, I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a professional, ethical and honest vehicle purchase. My family has been buying Cadillac's from Alan Hall exclusively since 1978 and as a teenager I remember stopping by Coulter saying hi to Alan and always "WALKING THE LOT". My wife and I have purchased 2 Cadillacs from Alan, a 2010 CTS and the 2013 EXT. Alan has become a friend over the years and ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS does the right thing by his customers. If it was not for Alan Hall and Paul Glans we would never have driven to PHX to purchase our New Cadillac we would have gone to Legends (now EarnHardt Cadillac) because they are much closer but wherever Alan and Paul go we will ALWAYS Follow! My wife and I were looking at several different vehicles and choose the Cadillac because of the Towing and size of the vehicle and that we have 2 older children and do not need the extra interior room like the Escalade or the ESV. We need towing and hauling for our Frozen Yogurt Catering business and towing capabilities to show my collector cars and needing a tow vehicle was super important not to mention my wife loves the truck. The EXT fits the bill perfectly. Alan & Paul are a class act and I am personally very excited to see them back at the best most respected dealer in AZ, Coulter Cadillac who is truly a class act, has always been a class act and will always be a class act.
