It was with some trepidation that I entered Coulter Cadillac in search of a new car. My previous experiences with "car salesmen" at other dealerships were not pleasant ones. As a widow lacking in any r Cadillac in search of a new car. My previous experiences with "car salesmen" at other dealerships were not pleasant ones. As a widow lacking in any real knowledge of cars, I thought for sure I would be taken advantage of. I began my experience with Paul Glans. He greeted me with such warmth and made me feel that I was the most important customer who ever came in to buy a car. He was so thorough in his explanations and so willing to work with me until we had a deal. He was such a gentleman and so very professional. I immediately saw his integrity and felt safe in trusting him. Everything about Paul is an asset to the Cadillac image. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He made it easy for me to buy a car and to feel confident in my decision. My relationship with Cadillac did not end with the purchase of my ATS. I was then introduced to Roger Farney. I thought it would be impossible to meet another special person, but Roger was also such a gentleman with integrity. He finalized things and undertook a most challenging job of teaching me about my new car. His patience and kindness were incredible. He made sure I understood everything before I drove off. He also reassured me that our relationship would not end with the purchase, but that he would be there when I needed servicing or if I had any questions. He was so sincere and I knew he meant what he said. He could not have been any more professional. My entire experience with Coulter Cadillac was wonderful. It has made me want to be a customer for life. I absolutely love my ATS and will now never drive anything but a Cadillac. Thank you so much Coulter Cadillac!!!! More

Was finishing a 36 month Infiniti lease. They helped me get the buyout numbers four months early and structured a 24 month lease on a new XTS. Car has lots of computer interface and Allen Hall was very diligent to make sure every feature was explained. The deal was transparent and the process of pricing went smooth. I had a chance to check their service the next day with some computer questions. Scott Bergstrom was very knowledgable and was able to solve all my issues very quickly. The tire department was responsive to get the nitrogen levels exactly where they needed to be. Good people to do business with. More

This dealership and its associates went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They were patient, flexible, kind, generous, informative, respectful, and had only one interest in mind--to provide excelle to accommodate my needs. They were patient, flexible, kind, generous, informative, respectful, and had only one interest in mind--to provide excellent service and a pleasant experience. I had been shopping for weeks for a new car, and thankfully was directed to Coulter by a friend. They expertly guided me in the process and had no preconceived bias or judgement about who I was or what deal I would make. As a woman shopping by myself, this was not only refreshing but the complete opposite experience from the 10+ dealerships I had visited prior. In the end, I selected a make/model outside of their inventory, but would absolutely go there first for my next vehicle just to have the experience of being a Coulter customer. One added bonus of the experience is that they educated and inspired me to get more interested in the cars themselves, instead of just shopping for one that would fit my needs. I have a bit of regret that I didn't choose the ATS sedan just for the ride. More

My wife and I contacted Paul Glans, New Car Sales Manager at Coulter Cadillac by phone about a new car. He got back with us promptly with all the information we requested. I had many more questions on diff at Coulter Cadillac by phone about a new car. He got back with us promptly with all the information we requested. I had many more questions on different options. He looked into them and got right back with us. He was able to get the car we wanted it within a day. I could not believe how good the pricing was after doing my research on the internet and on the phone. My wife was very suprised that it all happened so fast. I'm in the business as well and so she knows how smoothly it tends to go. We were both very excited! When showed up to pick up the new car we where greated by Allen Hall, the Sales Consultant that showed us our new car and went over all the amazing features of our new CTS-V wagon. We then were introduced to Mike Kemp, the person that was going to do all our final paperwork. We sat down and he had it all ready, typed and ready to sign before we had even got there. He went over in great detail on what everything meant and wanted to make sure we were very clear on what we where signing. Made the whole process very clear and comforting. Thank you Mike! Allen was ready to go over the car with us... Boy was he ready! He went over every fine detail to make sure that we knew anything and everything on how the car worked. I don't think there is anything he didn't know about the car. He has since called to check and see if we needed anything or forgot anything about all the details he went over. Thank you Allen. We were in and out within a hour and a half. It sure went by fast. I had a grin from ear to ear when it was time to drive off in the new car. This was such a amazing experience. Both Paul Glans and Ed Stralko should teach everyone and every dealer the meaning of Customer Service!!! I had brought my car to Earnhardt for an oil change. When they lifted my car up my frame was crac every dealer the meaning of Customer Service!!! I had brought my car to Earnhardt for an oil change. When they lifted my car up my frame was cracked and scraped and needed to be replaced. (I ran over a Parking strip and did not realize the damage it had done) Earnhardt gave me a car to use for a few days till my insurance company came out to look. I called back after the weekend (when I was told to bring rental car back) and I was told by their service that the insurance Co. never made it out that day. Earnhardt basically told me to give rental car back and you’re stuck with no car. BTW i have a 2012 Cadillac SRX 7 months old. I immediately called Coulter and Paul Glans (formally with Legends now Earnhardt) told me to come right over asap and we will have a car waiting for you. That my friend, Is customer service! I got to Coulter, Ed had my rental waiting and within 1 week Car was done! I was sooo excited! I got home and realized that the tire rotation was not done so I called Coulter and they said Earnhardt reported they did it. Well, why would Earnhardt do a tire rotation on a cracked frame, as well as making me sign a release on the car to drive it from Earnhardt to Coulter claiming they never touched it! I knew it was not done because I was missing the air cap on the passenger’s side tire. That is how I knew it was not done. I brought it in, Coulter was going to do it anyway, knowing Earnhardt took the credit and the $$ from Corporate. I left and Cadillac customer service and made sure they knew that Earnhardt fraudulently put in a claim that was not done. Thank you Coulter, Paul Glans and Ed Stralko for all your help! Cassidy Cavin gives joy to the car buying experience and has a bright future. My husband and I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for a car. Whatever the question, Cassidy either new the answer or got the answer from Paul Glans who was supportive but atypical of the car buying experience, didn't take over the customer service experience. She is a genuine, kind and willing to work without ever providing the kind of pressure than many car salespeople are famous for. Being in sales myself and having respect for our profession, I will not be suprized if we chose buying a car from Cassidy because of experience over picking the car only. More

I found the staff at Coulter Cadillac to be extremely helpful and customer oriented. I went in for an oil change and left with a new car! Imagine that.....and I owe it all to the excellent customer service and sales assistance provided by Cassidy Cavin and Paul Glans. To say they embody the term, "dynamic duo" doesn't do them justice!!! They were the epitomy of a fun and relaxing car purchase experience and even took it in stride when I changed my mind and exchanged the car a day later for an upgrade.
