Sales person was really nice and the car was good to go but the sales manager was not very customer service oriented. I drove an hour on a Saturday to cancel a warranty. He was able to accommodate and help but the sales manager was not very customer service oriented. I drove an hour on a Saturday to cancel a warranty. He was able to accommodate and help me out but did not fill it out correctly and when I called to have it corrected, he claimed that it was a Monday through Friday thing and refused to fix the problem. It was inconvenient to come throughout the week because I work 7am-5pm and live an hour away. He also claimed that I could’ve called to cancel warranty at anytime but he would not answer the phone( I called and left 2 voice mails) which prompted me to come up to the facility in the first place. More
