From the day I emailed to the day I left with my new Ram 2500 I never felt pressured and enjoyed how Dave Petryszyn explained their process and simple but inclusive experience. I also watched other sales people interact and saw great consistency across their sales floor. After we worked through my trade the experience continued as I was walked around with a young man who made sure I got to finance and then done where he jumped on getting my truck ready by helping the detail crew get done as quickly as possible. Walked me through my vehicle and I left with no regrets and a fair deal for both sides. Well done and thanks for making it much a great experience!! More

Was also very nice that they had some room for kids to run around. I've been to other dealerships which are much more pushy and play games, including straight up lying to customers. Didn't get that feeling at Belzer's and would definitely purchase from them again. More

Great Dealership This was my 3rd vehicle from Jeff Belzer's, and they continue to exceed expectations. I found my new vehicle online, and contacted Eric for more info This was my 3rd vehicle from Jeff Belzer's, and they continue to exceed expectations. I found my new vehicle online, and contacted Eric for more information. After taking a day or so to make my decision, I called Eric back to let him know I wanted to move forward with a deal. Living 450 miles from Jeff Belzer's, Eric worked with me to arrange pick up of the vehicle. Once I got there, the purchase process was smooth as always. The dealership is very nice and clean, with very friendly staff and nice accommodations while you move through the buying process. The management and finance staff were also great, and accommodating to work with. Thanks again Jeff Belzer's, see you again in a few years, I'm sure! More

Good experience I had started by inquiring about their Fresh start program for those with bad credit. Matt Moore and I exchanged a few emails and told me a down payme I had started by inquiring about their Fresh start program for those with bad credit. Matt Moore and I exchanged a few emails and told me a down payment and monthly payment I was not comfortable with. After some more emails I had thought those figure where for a used vehicle but come to find out it was for a brand new 2018 Dodge Journey. After that, Matt got it all worked out and when we came in we met with Paul Johnson to test drive the vehicle and go over anything we needed. Paul was great to work with and the process was very easy. Both Paul and Matt made everything painless and I appreciated how smooth it went. Only downfall was the final detailing of the vehicle. They were either behind or something so Ethan took it upon himself to detail the vehicle himself even though that is not what he does(he does the overview of the vehicles). We appreciated his effort to get us moving as we had sat for a long while. He mentioned we could come back and get it detailed again. Everyone was great and I have never had such a great experience at a dealership before. More
