In what turned out to be a five month process, I never once thought that I was with the stereotypical car salesman. Cody was always energetic, friendly, and personable. Cody stayed in touch, was always willing to talk, answer some question, or find out what I requested that he didn't know. Cody understood my financial situation, I am a teacher, and continually worked to find what would work for me. I never felt pressured. I cannot say enough about Cody, he is the reason I leased my MINI from Mall of Georgia MINI. Paul Kemme was the finance manager we worked with after our deal was done . Paul, like Cody, was very friendly and personable. Paul also was not the typical stereotype you think of with a car dealership. Even though it was late at night and Paul had been there all day, he patiently guided us through all the paperwork, answering our questions and advising us based on his experience. More

A great car buying experience! I recently purchased a traded-in 4Runner from Mall of Georgia Mini and I had a great experience dealing with them. I first noticed the 4Runner on Aut I recently purchased a traded-in 4Runner from Mall of Georgia Mini and I had a great experience dealing with them. I first noticed the 4Runner on AutoTrader and immediately called the dealership where the receptionist transferred me to Milton. I asked if I could drive over from SC and test drive the 4Runner and Milton gave me several choices of times the next day that they could show me the vehicle. When I arrived, Milton introduced himself and after a few minutes of small talk, he introduced me to Patrick who showed me the car in detail and rode with me on a test drive. Patrick was great to work with and very personable and tried to answer all of my questions and the few that he couldn’t, he found someone in the service center that could. Once I decided I would like to purchase the car, I noticed there was no pushiness with coming up with a price. Patrick explained that they do not work off of commission so he did not feel pressured to push a price on me because he gets paid a certain amount for every car he sells regardless of the price. Once the price was agreed upon, I was introduced to Paul to finish the paperwork. Paul was very nice as well and with him, it was just a matter of signing a few forms while he explained what forms I was going to need when I returned to South Carolina to register my car there since I was buying out of state. While I did not go to the Mall of Georgia Mini to purchase one of their new cars, my overall used car buying experience with them was great and I would not hesitate to purchase a car from them in the future should I see something on their lot that I am interested in. More

I have to say I am cheering all the way to the SUPERBOWL for the Mall of Georgia MINI and my sales person, Cody Thomas!!! First let me tell you I have been in a VW Beetle since 2000 so it was hard to even think about making a change.....UNTIL I drove a MINI Countryman S. I have told/texted Cody half a dozen times in the past week that I have owned my new MINI about how much I LOVE THIS CAR:):):):):):) I cannot thank Cody enough for his patience, knowledge and professionalism during my visits that included a total of FIVE test drives. Cody drives a Countryman and he knows the product/brand forwards and backwards. Just about everything he said to me included "please and thank you"! I never felt pressured or rushed. Cody just wanted me to be happy with whatever I got!!!! I cannot stop smiling....I've become a Miniac:) The dealership, from the friendly,attentive receptionist to the finance manager, were beyond accommodating. The dealership had a HUGE inventory for me to peruse and inside the dealership was clean and pleasant to experience. I can't wait to attend their monthly "MINI events (i.e. cookouts, decorating the Christmas tree, etc). I briefly met Aaron in parts and Martin in service...I can tell I will be fast friends with them related to the ONE MILLION accessories/parts I can get to make my mini the "Road Queen" she is!!!! More
