It’s About Relationships When I moved up to this portion of North Georgia, I started visiting Mall of Georgia MINI to keep abreast of all the new toys and updates. Thankfully, When I moved up to this portion of North Georgia, I started visiting Mall of Georgia MINI to keep abreast of all the new toys and updates. Thankfully, I met Patrick and we immediately hit it off and started what would be a nearly 2 year journey to get the car I wanted. I bugged, harassed and wasted Patrick’s time on numerous occasions 😂 in my pursuit of a decision on what MINI to purchase next. He was always patient, good natured and fun to be around - NEVER pushy or irritated. As time went by, the aforementioned relationships spread to Matt and Adam in the Service Department and Paul in Finance. They had a good selection of cars on the lot, but I’m very particular and decided to order my 2020 MINI Cooper S 5-Dr w/the JCW Performance Package added at MOG I couldn’t be happier! I enjoy visiting these folks and their fine dealership to talk cars, get work done, get updates or just shoot the breeze. I was very happy with the other dealership on the west side, but these are my homies and my dealership for the foreseeable future. Cody stayed in touch, was always willing to talk, answer some question, or find out what I requested that he didn't know. Cody understood my financial situation, I am a teacher, and continually worked to find what would work for me. I never felt pressured. I cannot say enough about Cody, he is the reason I leased my MINI from Mall of Georgia MINI. Paul Kemme was the finance manager we worked with after our deal was done . Paul, like Cody, was very friendly and personable. Paul also was not the typical stereotype you think of with a car dealership. Even though it was late at night and Paul had been there all day, he patiently guided us through all the paperwork, answering our questions and advising us based on his experience. More

A great car buying experience! I recently purchased a traded-in 4Runner from Mall of Georgia Mini and I had a great experience dealing with them. I first noticed the 4Runner on Aut I recently purchased a traded-in 4Runner from Mall of Georgia Mini and I had a great experience dealing with them. I first noticed the 4Runner on AutoTrader and immediately called the dealership where the receptionist transferred me to Milton. I asked if I could drive over from SC and test drive the 4Runner and Milton gave me several choices of times the next day that they could show me the vehicle. When I arrived, Milton introduced himself and after a few minutes of small talk, he introduced me to Patrick who showed me the car in detail and rode with me on a test drive. Patrick was great to work with and very personable and tried to answer all of my questions and the few that he couldn’t, he found someone in the service center that could. Once I decided I would like to purchase the car, I noticed there was no pushiness with coming up with a price. Patrick explained that they do not work off of commission so he did not feel pressured to push a price on me because he gets paid a certain amount for every car he sells regardless of the price. Once the price was agreed upon, I was introduced to Paul to finish the paperwork. Paul was very nice as well and with him, it was just a matter of signing a few forms while he explained what forms I was going to need when I returned to South Carolina to register my car there since I was buying out of state. While I did not go to the Mall of Georgia Mini to purchase one of their new cars, my overall used car buying experience with them was great and I would not hesitate to purchase a car from them in the future should I see something on their lot that I am interested in. More
