We had an amazing experience at the Mall of Georgia MINI. We went in only looking to get a trade in value on our 2016 Mini Cooper and to check out the inventory. At no point had we considered actually walking away with a brand new car! Our salesman, Zach, went out the door to greet us as soon as we arrived, and we explained what we were looking for. In a short amount of time, Zach was able to pull together multiple options for us to look at and gave us all of the details we needed. Once we settled on looking to buy a new 2022 Mini Countryman S, Zach worked his magic to help us feel comfortable about the sale and even went above and beyond to make the deal happen! He was very professional and friendly, and at no point did I feel like I was being forced to buy the car that day or that it was a bad deal. From the moment we walked in the door of the dealership, we had a great experience and we're beyond excited to have walked out the doors having purchased our brand new Mini! I’ve never had such an easy going and enjoyable car buying experience. I met Chris just to check out vehicle options. Knowing the market was crazy I assumed I’d be waiting a while to take delivery. Chris asked a lot of questions to get to know what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles they had on the lot. We took a test drive, had a no haggle, no bs conversation on price and then moved over to the finance office. Again no bs, no tricks! We walked out with the most fun vehicle I’ve ever owned! I highly recommend Mall of GA Mini. More
