Hi, my name is Paul Kim and I have been a sales consultant for Knauz Mercedes since 2014. a little bit about myself, I was born and raised in Northbrook and currently reside in Skokie. I received my bachelor's degree at Western Illinois University and entered the automotive industry shortly after. I enjoy playing tennis, golf and basketball. Anniversary surprise for wife. We were looking for a new car and considered Audi, Volvo, Lexus and Mercedes small suvs. Dealership level of service and location is important to us a We were looking for a new car and considered Audi, Volvo, Lexus and Mercedes small suvs. Dealership level of service and location is important to us and these are the factors that steered us away from purchasing some of the cars we looked at before. I did some quick research consulting Google wisdom and found great reviews from people buying at Knauz and have seen Paul Kim’s and Strah names mentioned in many positive reviews. We met with Paul and Starh and they very profession and courteous. Together with Strah they spend at least an hour showing us features and answering questions on suv we looked at. We never felt “sales push” as we experienced at many other dealerships. I love the idea of product concierge. We took it for a test drive and my wife loved the way it was driving. I had specific requirements for colors and options that I wanted on our car, but unfortunately they did not have it stock. For next few weeks we tried to locate and move car with options I wanted from other dealerships on Midwest. Finally we found the one in Ohio and Paul worked with his management to secure the vehicle and move it to Knauz. It took only few days. I told Paul that I want to surprise my wife and we worked along to make it happened. I also want to say thank you for Daniel Forest that spend almost 1.5 hours showing us all the bells and whistles on new MB once we came to pick it up. We had very positive experience buying from Knauz and I recommend their team. More

Knauz Daniel Forrest was extremely helpful and considerate of my time. He showed me how to use all of the features that I requested on my GLE and showed me Daniel Forrest was extremely helpful and considerate of my time. He showed me how to use all of the features that I requested on my GLE and showed me many features that I wasn't even aware off. He was patient and made sure that I understood what he showed me. Daniel never made me feel rushed about learning a new feature and was sure to let me know that he was always available to answer any questions that I may have in the feature. Paul Kim was a great sales associate. He was quick to respond to all of my e-mails, which was greatly appreciated. Further, he was very organized and made the sale process very smooth. No request was too big for him. If he did not have an answer to one of my questions he was quick to speak to someone who could answer my question. I would definitely recommend him to others. More

Paul Kim is one of top 3 car salesmen I have ever dealt with - and I have bought over 10 cars in the last 9 years in the NorthEast, South and the MidWest regions. I drove 1 hour (from SouthWest Chicago suburbs) to complete my purchase with Paul Kim and I will do that again in a heartbeat.
