Thank you for your response. If you talk to the offenders about their rude response to questions and poor attitudes toward your customers and they seem as if they care then fine I am the kind of person who wants to heap praise on all who deserve it. This is illustrated by all your employees that got five stars. Conversely if they treat me as trash they receive what they earned. Also get rid of the service that continually hounds customers over service appointments.They do it by mailers and emails. I received a combined thirteen contacts before I needed to set the appointment. I reponded to several emails to tell them I had not set an Appointment. This service actually set an appointment without my knowledge? Then sends me a reminder of an Appointment I didn't set? Why... because it wasn't time to set the appointment. I've never had a car dealer or any company abuse a system more than yours in over 55 years of driving. If you will address these issues, fine. If this is an empty response for show you'll see future problems because the company will have earned them. I can only hope.

Thank you for getting back to me. I should have explained...my apologies for the misunderstanding. I was asking for your email address for a number of reasons, the most important of which was so that I could correct your file and prevent you from getting more emails. I have personally asked every company to scrub their data rolls and do everything they can to prevent future instances. If you do happen to get another email I truly want to apologize in advance. Please follow the "unsubscribe" instructions usually at the bottom of the email or the top or you can always message me and I will remove your email address from the system if you provide it of course. Believe me when I say that I truly appreciate the feedback so that I can fix the situation to the best of my ability. We would not have known this if you had not told us. Now we can improve the service experience for all future customers. Thank you and once again my apologies for all the inconveniences that this may have caused.

I deleted all the emails. If they came from your company or a service you hire to send them out , you should know who is slamming your customers with multiple mailers and emails. How can you not know someone representing Puente Hills Hyundai is setting fake appointments and then sending reminders to me that I have an appointment. It happened twice in that regard along with the numerous reminders that the car was due when it wasn't. Do you or do you not have some outside company hired to do this? A customer relations lady named Kelly said you do? Just take care of the problem by asking people within your company that handles these things. It shouldn't be hard to figure out what your procedures are.

Thank you. I can tell from your quick responses and sincere tone; you care and truly want to help customers have the experience they deserve. So time will tell but you have given me a couple of options if I get unwanted notices. You are very perceptive about the time I have taken to let you know what happened to me. Because if it is happening to me it could be happening to others. How ironic a service you want to help customers with goes rogue and becomes a potential problem. So my time has been spent giving you the information that will help your business. I like Yassar and a few of the people working there. They deserve to have all parts of the business going smoothly so customers don't leave due to a few bad apples. So your involvement to correct the things I've shared restores my faith in dealing with Puente Hills Hyundai in the future. I have an Elantra and Kona. They are leased and I will be needing new cars in a couple of years. Again thank you for your patience and quick responses to my frustrations with the persistent problems.
