When I knew Volkswagen was coming out with a vehicle that had a third row I knew the Atlas would be my next vehicle! Great experience with Paul and Toby at Colonial. From the beginning to end it was a very pleasant experience. We went in and Paul showed us all of the options that we with Paul and Toby at Colonial. From the beginning to end it was a very pleasant experience. We went in and Paul showed us all of the options that were available for a Tiguan with the features we wanted and in my price range. Neither Paul nor Toby gave us any problems when we explained we still wanted to shop around and visit other dealerships. Paul was very helpful in making sure I got everything I needed and wanted. Finance was also very quick and easy with Stephanie. I hope that if/when we need to bring the car in for service we don't encounter any issues. I will leave another review when that time comes. More

Efficient and easy used car buying! As I returned to the dealership for my second car purchase in 6 months with a limping old volvo wagon that needed more repairs than it was worth, Paul As I returned to the dealership for my second car purchase in 6 months with a limping old volvo wagon that needed more repairs than it was worth, Paul was very helpful throughout the day in organizing a test drive showing off the Golf Alltrack's features, allowing me to take it on a short trip to show my wife at work, and advocating on my behalf for a more competitive price. VW Medford and their staff again helped us find the right car for our situation, got it ready in a timely fashion, and even fixed a few minor things noted when returning to complete the inspection and registration after purchase. Very pleasant atmosphere and promptly took care of any issues that came up. We are happy being a double Golf variant family and will return for further VW needs. Keep the wagons alive! More

Great Experience Leasing a New Tiguan! I had a great experience at this dealership! I was previously under contract with another VW dealership and it was a total disaster - I ended up cance I had a great experience at this dealership! I was previously under contract with another VW dealership and it was a total disaster - I ended up cancelling my lease before it even started and needed to find a new place to get the Tiguan I wanted. Colonial VW was amazing! I found the Tiguan I wanted online and worked with Jason Giacoppo to confirm its availability. He was super helpful throughout the whole process - I was coming up from CT, so he always kept me updated via text and got paperwork started before I got there so it could be registered and ready to go on a Saturday. Once we arrived, we worked with Paul Lazzaro as our sales rep and he was great! He showed us all of the car's features and walked us through our agreement to make sure we understood everything. I would definitely recommend Colonial VW to anyone looking for a great car and great service! More

Randomly went into this location to Beautiful, yet simple showroom. Easy to look at all vehicles. Paul Lazzaro went above and beyond our expectations. Randomly went into this location to take a second look at the VW Atlas and he was so gracious and helpful, even though the showroon was due to close that day 30 minutes after our arrival. He worked hard for the next 2 months to make sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted, then took a step further to make sure we were happy with every aspect of our purchase, down to the license plate! I feel incredibly lucky it was Paul to help us that day!! More
