Summary of my experience purchasing a 2019 Hyundai SEL Plus This is the 1st time I've written a review of this type. My salesman Paul was great. Paul was a pleasure to deal with. No High Pressure sales, as I This is the 1st time I've written a review of this type. My salesman Paul was great. Paul was a pleasure to deal with. No High Pressure sales, as I've found to be the case in every single dealership I've dealt with in the past. He furnished all the information he possibly could, and in the few instances where he wasn't sure of the answer, he found out the answer and got back to me. When it came time to get a price on the vehicle I was interested in, the general manager made himself immediately available.....furnishing me with the 'invoice price' and all of the other financial fees. Very straight forward and right to the bottom line, which is what I requested from my sales person, Paul. I decided to get a trade-in offer. I walked in knowing the trade-in value range of my vehicle. I was offered a reasonable trade-in value......I made a counter offer.....which was accepted. When it came time close on the vehicle I chose, the finance manager was equally helpful, let me know what all my options were, and made it clear from the beginning that he was just supplying information to me and didn't pressure me at all as to whether I should add on any or all of the options (such as extended warranty, glass protection, body protection, etc.). As I said in the beginning of my review, I had an extremely pleasant experience purchasing a new SUV at Bloomington Hyundai, and will definitely recommend them in the future. Thanks very much!! More
