Everything was perfect until we reached the "financial" settlement where we were paying cash. We sat through an unpleasant and unnecessary length of time with your employee trying to sell us maintenance plans which we said "no" to. The first "no thank you" should have been accepted. It took so long that when we left, we were locked in the dealership with both exits being chained and bolted and we had no idea how to get out of the lot. It was after 7 pm and we had been in the dealership for several hours. Someone should have known that the gates to the dealership were secured and you still had a customer in the building. More
