Great customer service My experience with Paul Moore was great. The only feedback I have to say is that there should be more Paul Moore's at every Toyota location across the country.I told him what I was looking for and the price range. They didn't have the car in stock. He looked around at other dealerships and found the car I wanted. I was there on a Saturday by Monday my car was delivered to their dealership. I went to pick up the car close to closing. It was late but Paul Moore, Philip Stoup, and the person who help me set the cars features were all great. More

overall positive just a hiccup or two saw online vehicle that I wanted to consider purchase...drove to Charlotte after contact with Clark Honda...got to Clark Honda to look at vehicle and saw online vehicle that I wanted to consider purchase...drove to Charlotte after contact with Clark Honda...got to Clark Honda to look at vehicle and discovered that it had just been relocated to Clark Toyota...had to turn around and go to Clark Toyota in heavy traffic...once at Clark Toyota the vehicle was located...I drove it and made a deal to purchase...after purchase I learned that the vehicle with less than 150 miles only had one set of keys and it would be approximately 150.00 to get spare set...was not happy with that discovery after I had purchased the truck...salesman did offer to try and work something out...we will see if this gets satisfactorily resolved. I just received a call from my salesman Paul Moore of Clark Toyota and he told me that Clark Honda had found extra set of keys for my truck and would ship them today! Paul Moore and Clark Toyota/Honda came through as they promised! Thanks, great customer service! I purchased (cash sale) this vehicle on December 1, 2017 and received the usual customary temporary paper tag...expiration date December 31, 2017...as of today's date I have not received permanent tag or title...I called DMV today and was told the VIN number of my truck was not registered and was told to call dealership... I called dealership today and they are working on an answer and I hope it proves to be an easy resolve...I am very concerned that my paid for vehicle has not been registered with DMV after almost 30 days and that my tag is expiring over the weekend and thus I either have to park it or risk a citation...I paid a documentation fee to the dealership in the amount of I believe 599.00 to handle administration of vehicle registration...not sure what is going on but it is certainly irresponsible for Scott Toyota to put a customer in this situation particularly when the dealership charges a fee to perform this service... More

He demonstrated excellent knowledge of all the 4runner models and was patient and more than happy to answer all of my inquiries. He did a great job listening to my needs, which was a relief after visiting a few other dealerships, and helped me find the best deal possible within my budget. Thank you Paul! I also worked with Matt Floyd, who helped me with the financing process. Matt was very detailed in his explanation of all of the financial and warranty information, and made sure I understood everything prior to signing each form. This was very reassuring. Thank you Matt! After my initial online request, he contacted me to find out exactly what I was looking for and to set an appointment. We discussed which cars there met the criteria and he sent me the sales stickers on them so I knew exactly what had been added and the price. When I arrived for my appointment, he didn't try to upsell me, but brought out the exact car I was interested in for a test drive. Paul went over all the options in detail so I understood what they were and how to use them. He asked me numerous times if I had more questions and if I understood before he went on to the next thing. Negotiating with Paul and his GM, Jimmy Cline , was a pretty painless process and we walked away feeling we got a fair price on the car and our trade. The service center and amenities are great and I am very excited to use them when I come in to service my new Highlander. I normally trade my car in every 3-4 years, and this was by far one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I've had! More
