I found a 2016 f250 crew on the website. Paul parent was in contact with me about the truck. In a timely manner. Paul was great to work with and had the truck inside for me to look it over. My wife and I went there to look at the 2016 Honda Pilot Touring SUV on the lot and test drive it. I also took it to my mechanic as we liked it and wanted it checked over first. My mechanic came up with a Touring SUV on the lot and test drive it. I also took it to my mechanic as we liked it and wanted it checked over first. My mechanic came up with a list of repairs/maintenance items that Lenz should do before we bought it. One MAJOR item was to replace the timing belt, which should be replaced at 100,000 miles (The SUV had 106,000 miles on it). It's an interference engine, if the belt breaks the valves and pistons collide, destroying the engine. The salesman checked (?) with the sales manager and said they wouldn't do it or drop down the price to cover it. It's a $900 repair! I can't believe they're selling a vehicle that the new owner will have to sink $900 into immediately! The vehicle shouldn't have been on the lot until it was repaired! Needless to say, we walked out and will NEVER come back. More

Good News/Bad News On Jan 3, 20, I bought a truck from Lenz. I dealt with Paul Parent. I had told Paul not to try to up-sell, and he didn't. Thus far the truck I boug On Jan 3, 20, I bought a truck from Lenz. I dealt with Paul Parent. I had told Paul not to try to up-sell, and he didn't. Thus far the truck I bought is fine. Part of the deal was me trading my 2004 GMC PU, for which I was allowed $300.00. I wasn't happy about that, but OK. Just a couple of days later, a friend inquired about my old truck, and was told it would cost $1500.00 - five (5) times what was allowed. I was told it would be junked - she was told it would go to auction. When I asked Paul about the $300.00, he shrugged his shoulders, saying there was nothing he could do. When I asked Paul about the $1500.00, he shrugged his shoulders, saying there was nothing he could do. That is BS! Everyone there wears as shirt with Lenz Truck Center on it. Passing the buck/not tacking/accepting responsibility is not acceptable! Because of your actions I now question the deal I got on my truck. By your greed, you have lost a sale, and now you have also lost a customer, as I will no longer deal with a company that practices these policies. To all prospective buyers, remember: Buyer beware! More
