Great My Sales Person Paul was very helpful from the time I entered the dealership. He was able to help get me into just what I came looking for! I can honestly say it was the fastest, easiest, process experience I have ever experienced when purchasing a new vehicle. I was driving away in the car I fell in love within 24hrs. Every worker I came in contact with was friendly and greated me with a smile. Even after my purchase I had some questions and was responded to immediately. Worst most impersonal after sale service I ever experienced. I can't say a bad thing about the sales experience. Paul Poock was an excellent salesperson. Richard Kwiatkowski closed the deal expertly. Everyone f I can't say a bad thing about the sales experience. Paul Poock was an excellent salesperson. Richard Kwiatkowski closed the deal expertly. Everyone from the manager to the owner did a great job of shaking my hand and thanking me for buying from them. Sadly after the sale I may as well have bought the vehicle online from a vehicle broker. Later when I discovered the vehicles computer had no service records entered and the Carfax that KIA promises for all KIA Certified sales on their website the folks at Halleen couldn't have cared less. They told me that the vehicle had been leased by them and the service had been done at Halleen and I believe them. The problem is they offered me a single sheet of of service codes with dates and mileages and put it all on me to get them into the vehicle computer to use for future servicing and told me that Carfax was too expensive to send service records to and if I wanted it done to do it myself. I verified through KIA Corporation that the service records were legitimate and entered them to the best of my ability into the vehicles onboard computer service records. 3 or 4 hours of my time later I had pretty good assurance that the vehicle was maintained but have only records I manually entered to prove it to whoever might I was stunned by the total "who cares we already sold you the vehicle" attitude of Pat Halleen. If you believe that buying a car is a serious purchase and that the seller should stay involved after the sale you may be disappointed if you buy from Halleen. I got an outstanding vehicle at a very good price but have never had a worse after sale experience. And when the sale was complete all I heard was "the owner has to take care of that" which was quite ironic considering that I bought a vehicle owned by Halleen that they were leasing to someone before I bought it. I cannot recommend that anyone buy from Halleen unless you expect very little after you drive off the lot because very little is what I got in the way of assistance when I asked for help resolving the service records history problem with my vehicle. Once again, great vehicle, exceptional salesman and finance manager but horrible customer relations and lots of excuses after the sale. More

Paul Poock is the best. I had went to a different Kia dealer and they had tried to charge me more interest rate than first agreed upon. I had sent Paul an email saying I was I had went to a different Kia dealer and they had tried to charge me more interest rate than first agreed upon. I had sent Paul an email saying I was tired of being treated badly because of my less than perfect credit. Paul and his finance department took really good care of me and made my payment 67 dollars less a month than the other Kia dealer. Mind you both dealers used the same financing company. Halleen Kia of Sandusky and Paul Poock made this deal be a reality. Thank you for an amazing experience. More
