I truly appreciate how courteous, knowledgeable and respectful my daughters and I were treated at Halleen Kia in Sanusky. In 7 months we have now leased/purchased 3 Kias. Paul listened to our needs then went above and beyond determining what was best for each of our situations. Aaron and Richard explained the finances in great detail but also took the time to get to know each of us. It has been many years (and cars) since I have enjoyed buying a car as much as I did today! Great Customer Service I needed to trade out my lease and I was able to do so at Halleen Kia. They were incredibly kind and patient with me as I was unsure how the whole tra I needed to trade out my lease and I was able to do so at Halleen Kia. They were incredibly kind and patient with me as I was unsure how the whole trade process worked. They worked with me to get the car in my price level. Everyone had smiles and was extremely polite. They even stayed 2 hours after closing the dealership to make sure I was good to go. Great job! More
