Eric Tonkonogy, my salesperson, (I asked for him this second time) was well informed...he clearly had the Tiguan models and manual memorized! Having an awesome salesperson, who took the time to listen to my needs, to help me pick out the model that would be appropriate, and after the sale, made sure I was able to use the many features....this was most important! I was never hurried, rushed or pressured.... I love my new awesome SEL R-line Tiguan...it is incredible and even better than I ever expected!!!
