My vehicle would not start and I needed to have it towed in for service. Paul was able to take care of it same day and have the vehicle ready by 5pm for pick up. Really helped me in a jam. The staff there are always attentive, informative, and just plain excellent with customer service. From the moment you enter thier exceptionally "CLEAN" establishment, you're treated like family. I used the ""QUICK LANE" today while I waited for emissions inspection and tire check. I had no appointment. They said 1.5 hrs. They completed it in 1.25 hrs. Gotta love accountability. I RECOMMEND them for service of any car even if it is not a Ford. More
