My experience at HC Ford of WBORO was the best I’ve had in 25yrs of car buying. Paul was respectful of me and my time. He didn’t rush me at all but once I made up my mind he help expedite the process in every possible way. He had me contact my insurance agent right away so that was ready. The finance manager (Chad?) was ready for me when I arrived, at the time he said he’d be and was prepared. He and Paul were so knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. HC has a registry office on-site, so Paul suggested I take the kids home for lunch and come back, rather than have us sit there bored and hungry (as others have in the past). I’m leasing the vehicle and look forward to seeing Paul again in 3 years to buy it! My cousin works at a different HC location, her referral got me the “concierge service” which made me feel extra special (as it is designed to do!). Now I understand why she loves her job - the culture at HC is different from any other dealership and is breaking the stereotype and for that, I am grateful. Thank you!
