Finally we went to Herb Chambers in Westboro and Paul found us a car which we bought that day (and in exactly price range we wanted). The second time we went to Paul (after looking around on internet and auto trader etc...) and once again Paul found us a car which we bought that day (and in exactly price range we wanted). In addition Paul has really helped us out on the service side (getting appts etc...). More

Great Customer Service! I came into Herb Chambers Ford of Westboro on a Sunday as my lease was coming to an end. My sales person (Paul Scannell) met me outside and showed me I came into Herb Chambers Ford of Westboro on a Sunday as my lease was coming to an end. My sales person (Paul Scannell) met me outside and showed me a few things that he thought would work best for me. The process from paperwork to signing was very smooth and stress free! Paul really makes you feel comfortable with the buying process that so many other dealerships make a complete headache. Paul made the car buying experience easy! Paul was an awesome help with helping my girlfriend buy her first car from the dealership. The only reason we didn’t give the dealership a 5 was because of a different man who we didn’t even get the name of who worked with us with our plates and registration. He seemed frustrated with us because we wanted to understand all of the fees and check out our receipt for what we were buying. He was very short in conversation, didn’t make eye contact with either of us, and had a negative energy to him. We couldn’t wait to get out of his office because of his agitated demeanor. Paul on the other hand was great and thanked us for our purchase and for traveling out to pick out our car. More
