Service department A+ Paul is like the main glue of the service department. He helps you understand, and he try to help you out. Please see below, as I have explained in detail Took me 2.5 hours to arrive at your service center. I trusted your service manager "Paul Tokatlyan", as I remembered his awesome attitude and service, Took me 2.5 hours to arrive at your service center. I trusted your service manager "Paul Tokatlyan", as I remembered his awesome attitude and service, plus professionalism when I purchased my car in Glendale before Mitsubishi moved far away, to Duarte. My ignition would not turn on, unless I pressed my key in several times, while pushing it in the the ignition as hard as I could. I started having a blister on my finger. Per the suggestion of my local mechanic, he said go to the dealer. I did not want to make the long drive, but had no choice. I called Paul explained the situation, as usual, Paul was super compassionate, and I made the appointment, knowing about the long of a drive, and that I only had a short window of time to return back to work, he took immediate action when I got there, had my car checked, explained the issue, had it worked on right away, and I was on my way... He is the BEST and a huge asset to Mitsubishi, he is absolutely wonderful. All good with my car now. Million thanks to Paul. More
