Great Experience Filled out a Ford info. ad on-line and received a call 30 minutes later. The next day, I went in and traded my truck in on a new EcoSport. I have been Filled out a Ford info. ad on-line and received a call 30 minutes later. The next day, I went in and traded my truck in on a new EcoSport. I have been driving with it weekly to Ft. Riley, KS for work and it has made the 2 hour trek so much more enjoyable. It's been two weeks now and I'm still discovering features. The transaction was faultless and the entire transaction took less than 3 hours. Jamison was very helpful and although I did not get the vehicle that I was wanting, I got the vehicle that I needed. Traveling around the country and training the U.S. Military is going to be much more painless in my new car. Paul, made sure that it all fit within my budget. Very happy with Metro and will recommend them in the future. Thanx. More

The sales people were friendly, knowledgable and did not pressure me in any way to commit to a When I entered the dealership, I was helped right away. The sales people were friendly, knowledgable and did not pressure me in any way to commit to anything "right now" because the deal won't be valid the next day. The car I wanted was not on their lot, but they jumped through multiple hoops to locate several cars that would meet my very specific requirements. Once I decided on one, they had the car brought in promptly. When I came to pick it up, it looked beautiful!. I was shown what all the features were and how to use them. They had a partnership with my bank Community America, which made the finance part a breeze. There were several people who kept in contact with me via text and phone call during the entire search, locate, transport and pick-up process. Anytime I reached out, even after hours, I received a quick response. I can't imagine how this transaction could have gone any better. I plan to return to this dealership again. More

Craig is the One to See! When we started looking for a new car, we looked online and started receiving messages from different dealerships, Craig was one of the ones who reach When we started looking for a new car, we looked online and started receiving messages from different dealerships, Craig was one of the ones who reached out. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. Then shared that he had one particular vehicle would fit all our needs. Then he asked us to stop by & just look. Many others reached out, they were friendly but not as dynamic as Craig. He apologized after first 2 times if he was bothering me, but really felt like this vehicle was right for us and a really great deal. He was right, it was awesome! But we felt we couldn't afford the payments, and he and his manager found another vehicle for us that meet our requirements, it didn't have all the bells and whistles but it had everything we required and met our budget. I thought I wanted the other vehicle at first. Then we got our Flex, which I didn't think I wanted, but now love. I have some physical handicaps and the Flex was exactly what I needed and fits our needs.
