Craig, Rick, Paul, the receptionists and other staff that I came into brief contact with were extremely professional, while still managing to be lively and upbeat. This is not the Price is Right show, so how was the actual car purchasing deal? Overall, they explained thoroughly how the accounting will be played out while really suggesting added cost items. Again, I did not feel that there was going to be any "padded" cost that I have experienced in the past and heard about. Will recommend Metro Ford and proud to say that I am now a repeat customer. The sales people were friendly, knowledgable and did not pressure me in any way to commit to anything "right now" because the deal won't be valid the next day. The car I wanted was not on their lot, but they jumped through multiple hoops to locate several cars that would meet my very specific requirements. Once I decided on one, they had the car brought in promptly. When I came to pick it up, it looked beautiful!. I was shown what all the features were and how to use them. They had a partnership with my bank Community America, which made the finance part a breeze. There were several people who kept in contact with me via text and phone call during the entire search, locate, transport and pick-up process. Anytime I reached out, even after hours, I received a quick response. I can't imagine how this transaction could have gone any better. I plan to return to this dealership again. More

I sent a request to have someone from the dealership contacted me. I received a phone call within the hour from George Indelicato. George gave me the history on the car and described what condition it was in to be a one owner vehicle. I told him to let me think on this and I would be back to him by 2 PM. I called him back and within 15 minutes we had negotiated a price that included delivery to my home in West Virginia. I spoke with Rick Gilbert to process the paperwork and I spoke with Ron Hamilton to finalize the transportation. This is the first car that I have ever purchased off the Internet without driving or being on the lot to look at it. I relied solely on their word and the Carfax report. I recommend the dealership and plan to be a repeat customer. More
