Craig, Rick, Paul, the receptionists and other staff that I came into brief contact with were extremely professional, while still managing to be lively and upbeat. This is not the Price is Right show, so how was the actual car purchasing deal? Overall, they explained thoroughly how the accounting will be played out while really suggesting added cost items. Again, I did not feel that there was going to be any "padded" cost that I have experienced in the past and heard about. Will recommend Metro Ford and proud to say that I am now a repeat customer.
