But by the time I left, I not only got a good deal on the 2016 Ford Escort, I also got more than I imagined for my 2012 Mustang. I couldn't say "no." Jamison was friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease as we walked through the entire process. I really am glad that he found me looking at cars first. All other Metro employees I dealt with were also friendly and helpful. I drove away in a new vehicle (to me) and I have been very pleased with it. More

Stood by their word! I walked in with a not so hot credit score. with a specific car and number in mind. they worked with me in every way possible to make my dream come tr I walked in with a not so hot credit score. with a specific car and number in mind. they worked with me in every way possible to make my dream come true. I went for a car that I honestly felt might be out of my reach but the guys at Metro Ford said it was no problem. They spent a lot of time looking for the right lender to get me fixed up. When I went to take delivery of the car there was a small scratch on the door they immediately pulled it back into the shop and buffed everything to perfection. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a new Ford. My only complaint would be the paint protection I added to the car I still see lots of minor swirls in the paint in some areas and I wasn't given any instructions on what kind of special care if any was necessary. Other than that the car is amazing.(18 Focus ST) The people were amazing and I will absolutely go back when it is time for the wife to get a new ride!! More
