Purchase of my new 2018 Fusion I have been leasing and buying cars from Metro Ford since 1994. I originally went to Dick Smith Ford in Raytown. And never got any help. So we left. We went to Metro Ford. When we got there, they opened the car door for my wife and greeted us with smiles and kindness. I told my wife, this is the place we will do our business. I have been a customer of George Rackley for years. I trust George whole heartedly!! He has sold my family many cars. George cares about his customers. He stays in touch with them. He reaches out on holidays, and he wishes everyone a Happy Birthday!!! That goes a long way with me. Also John Stenval is a great guy with good taste. He is a great after market guy. He doesn’t try to pressure you into buying what you don’t need. I can trust George when my wife and daughter take their car in to be serviced. He will make sure the service guys are doing the right thing and not taking advantage of them. Paul Young worked his magic to secure our financing at a price that we could afford. Once the car was delivered to Metro Ford, George made sure that the Mustang met my expectations. He was willing to do anything, including repainting a door that had a small chip in it, to make sure that I was satisfied. He also made sure that I received a bottle of touchup paint. Buying another car here was just as easy as the last time. I purchased a new Fusion on a day I told myself I wasn't going to buy a car that day, well I did buy a car that day. It was so easy , we looked around for a while and narrowed it down to the Fusions. George , our salesman knew everything about the car we ended up buying, he was very helpful. We then worked with John the Aftermarket Manager who told us all the options we had and we chose several. We then went to Paul in Finance, he was very easy to work with. I would give all three of these gentlemen very high marks! More
