This is the third Mercedes I have purchased through this dealership and each time has been the same. I left there feeling that the people that work there are more interested in you as a person rather than dealership and each time has been the same. The fact that my first purchase was over 5 years ago and when I walk in to the dealership now I see many of the same faces speaks volumes about the dealership. As far as the sales consultant, Paula Gaillard is tops, a true professional. She is more concerned about matching you up with a car that meets all your requirements and needs rather than just making a sale. She is willing to answer any and all questions you might have and never once glanced at her watch.
