I decided to try Ray Catena Edison as a recommendation from a friend; in addition to my own research. I came in with little hope because the car market doesn’t really make sense right now. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase my old 2019 c300 because of an accident and was on an extend lease at that time. I came in and was paired with Paula and we started looking at cars. There was limited inventory as some cars have sold and very few were being delivered. The initial deal was not within my budget and we tried to make several adjustments to no avail. Paula recommended other cars that seemed reasonable and cost efficient; however I was not interested. We finally came to a conclusion and I did have to go above my initial limits to get the car I wanted. Paula was very patient and understanding and I truly appreciated her service. We were at the dealership past closing and she continued to have the same energy she had when I first arrived. We sealed the deal and I was able to take my car home that day. I would definitely recommend Paula to anyone interested in a car at Ray Catena Edison and hope to use her expertise for future sales. She’s very passionate, understanding, caring, and pleasant. I’d also like to give a s/o to Craig Harris. We were speaking via email initially and he was very helpful and answered all my questions big and small.
