With Paula supporting us, it was truly a pleasure. We got it all done in with her in record time. She listened intently to our wants and needs then made it happen. Knowing we were also working full time in remote environment and had limited flexibility and time, she struck the perfect balance with our communication. She sent pictures, videos, emails and texts to ensure we had all of the info we needed to make an informed decision, then followed up with thoughtful discussion on the options at times that were convenient for us.
