Buying a new car is usually very stressful by itself never mind layering in the COVID-19 situation and basically buying In a word...”Exceptional”. Buying a new car is usually very stressful by itself never mind layering in the COVID-19 situation and basically buying a car virtually and in a remote environment. With Paula supporting us, it was truly a pleasure. We got it all done in with her in record time. She listened intently to our wants and needs then made it happen. Knowing we were also working full time in remote environment and had limited flexibility and time, she struck the perfect balance with our communication. She sent pictures, videos, emails and texts to ensure we had all of the info we needed to make an informed decision, then followed up with thoughtful discussion on the options at times that were convenient for us. We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience with Paula, the entire Ray Catena MB of Edison team and of course our new GLS450. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! More

After shopping around I ended up having a great experience and purchase dealing with Paula Gaillard. After purchasing my last Mercedes from another dealer, I’m glad I switched over to Ray Catena.
