Good Support Staff Paula at Ganley Village booked my appointment for a recall, and she cited other "outstanding" recalls, also. Even though the other recalls had been Paula at Ganley Village booked my appointment for a recall, and she cited other "outstanding" recalls, also. Even though the other recalls had been already addressed, she's the only one at any dealer who brought these to attention during my initial phone call to schedule the appointment. Once, another dealership never bothered to research my car's records while scheduling a recall appointment thus prompting me to make unnecessary plans and trip to the dealership. Paula corrected my records and went the extra mile to offer transportation if needed. More
