Horrible experience this time. It took almost 3 hours for an oil change ( I had to wait) and they charged an exorbitant amount. Also, I asked them to add window washer fluid and they told me it was done for an oil change ( I had to wait) and they charged an exorbitant amount. Also, I asked them to add window washer fluid and they told me it was done. I checked before I left, and it was empty. I could go on but I will chalk it up to the pandemic as in the past the service has been great. I didn’t even get the complimentary wash because that would have taken forever. More

Super service. Dropped off the Fiat 500e with Pedro for an inspection, he booked me an Uber to and from the office and I got the car back the same day in great shape. Dishonest and lazy service team!When you have a Dishonest and lazy service team! When you have a Maserati, you rely on your dealership and their service team to be upfront and honest throughout the Dishonest and lazy service team! When you have a Maserati, you rely on your dealership and their service team to be upfront and honest throughout the process... this was not the case across the board. Overcharge, misread the malfunctions... and hourly service rates in excess of $250... just a joke. Took the car (at another Maserati dealers recommendation) to a local service shop and the car was fixed in an hour and I saved $1200 for unnecessary service. Scam between technician and service lead trying to increase the charges. More
