I called Jackson auto about a jeep I saw on the web page I talked with Gary,he was busy when I got there but was still ready for my Q&A. after a long day of looking for the best deal I called Gary and boug I talked with Gary,he was busy when I got there but was still ready for my Q&A. after a long day of looking for the best deal I called Gary and bought the jeep.. got it home and got a flat tire.. now I know there was no warranty after we drove away but I text Gary. He and Jackson Auto went above and beyond by calling a tow truck for me and paying for it...plus when I decided to buy new tires they chipped in a small amount which they didn't have to do. .. we are very happy with our car and the service from Gary and Jackson Auto...…. We were lucky to work with the owners John and Peggy. They were patient with us and answered all of our questions. They have a great relationship with the banks and credit unions. They are able to get the best rates without creating multiple inquiries on your credit. Gary was able to get an even lower interest rate for us than we expected. Since we took the car home the same day, Leonard took it for a quick wash and even filled up the gas for us. Buying a used car is always risky, but they offered us a great coverage plan that will take car of any major problems with the car. The process was smooth and easy. We will certainly come back to Jackson Auto for our next car! They have an awesome team. More
