We were lucky to work with the owners John and Peggy. They were patient with us and answered all of our questions. They have a great relationship with the banks and credit unions. They are able to get the best rates without creating multiple inquiries on your credit. Gary was able to get an even lower interest rate for us than we expected. Since we took the car home the same day, Leonard took it for a quick wash and even filled up the gas for us. Buying a used car is always risky, but they offered us a great coverage plan that will take car of any major problems with the car. The process was smooth and easy. We will certainly come back to Jackson Auto for our next car! They have an awesome team. More
