Problem with follow through. Very frustrated We purchased a new Optima a couple of weeks ago and the purchase went smoothly. Bill was very helpful. However, we were supposed to have Sirius radio We purchased a new Optima a couple of weeks ago and the purchase went smoothly. Bill was very helpful. However, we were supposed to have Sirius radio which did not come with, which we didnt realize when we bought it. We have been trying ever since to get someone to call us back with a time to install the promised radio, to no avail. People are very nice when we call and we are promised call backs but they do not happen. We have been waiting for the "call right back" since Friday. If you purchase from this dealership, make sure you have what you expect before you sign the contract and pull off the lot. We drove over 50 moles to buy from them and are very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow through. I am hoping we get this resolved soon. I was hoping to be able to leave a glowing review because everyone we worked with in the dealership was very nice but we are still waiting for the promised service. More

Doubt I would purchase here again I have mixed feelings on this dealership, I feel they give just the bare minimum service that is required. I have had 2 sales experiences and one service experience, I am not sure I would purchase another vehicle again here honestly. It’s hard to get through on the phone lines to service, I had a major issue on a brand new vehicle, didn’t get a lot of information provided from service department, I understand they are very busy, but don’t make promises that we’re not kept. I could have been offered some kind of incentive besides a car wash for having my vehicle for 3 days and then to find out there’s another recall I wasn’t even aware of or notified of and will need to bring back in again, disappointing! Sales department, besides my salesman, that’s another story. Do your homework! More
