Awesome and quick experience As soon as I walked inside Jay was there to help me, I knew what car I wanted. Very happy with my new Kia Soul. Everything was great except the financial guy. He was fine until we turned down the extra packages. Typical dealership experience with add on fees Jermaime our sales rep was very friendly, he wasn't pushy at all. I was not happy that the price of the car increased in negotiations because of a rec Jermaime our sales rep was very friendly, he wasn't pushy at all. I was not happy that the price of the car increased in negotiations because of a reconditioning fee that should have been included in the asking price. I'm a novice negotiator so I probably paid too much. I was happy with the price for my trade-in though. The finance guy was nice but a little sly. They tried get my loan for 70 and 84 month terms. And then they added on a $2500 protection plan (extended warranty) and made it seem like you had no choice to decline. I declimed after a lengthly discussion. In summary, They raised the price of the car in negotiations, they very slyly tried to add a very expensive extended warranty on and tried to get the longest loan term for me. I feel i got a fair price for my trade in, Jermaine is having a broken air vent fixed for me. More

Service I scheduled a oil change and have engine check for a noise that I only hear when I hit gas petal. Mechanic claimed it was my sunglasses in the car.
