Typical dealership experience with add on fees Jermaime our sales rep was very friendly, he wasn't pushy at all. I was not happy that the price of the car increased in negotiations because of a rec Jermaime our sales rep was very friendly, he wasn't pushy at all. I was not happy that the price of the car increased in negotiations because of a reconditioning fee that should have been included in the asking price. I'm a novice negotiator so I probably paid too much. I was happy with the price for my trade-in though. The finance guy was nice but a little sly. They tried get my loan for 70 and 84 month terms. And then they added on a $2500 protection plan (extended warranty) and made it seem like you had no choice to decline. I declimed after a lengthly discussion. In summary, They raised the price of the car in negotiations, they very slyly tried to add a very expensive extended warranty on and tried to get the longest loan term for me. I feel i got a fair price for my trade in, Jermaine is having a broken air vent fixed for me. More
