Our experience at the other dealership had us scratching our heads. The trade in value they were quoting us was too low in comparison to what the vehicle was worth on Kelley Blue Book and their quote on the minivan was much higher than the MSRP. Not only was that frustrating, but they handed us a break down for the price on a piece of paper and the numbers did not even add up. We walked into Curtiss Ryan with a completely opposite experience. Perry Gountas, our sales consultant and Jack Pape, the business manager was honest, transparent, knowledgeable, kind and patient and walked us through everything. Not only did they offer us the best price for both the trade in vehicle and Honda, but they were extremely professional and trustworthy.
