Not due to any issue with Rusnak, I had to bring my Mercedes in for service, multiple times within a short time; admittedly it was frustrating to say the least. Perry was more than accommodating in helping me obtain loaner vehicles (without having an appointment), maintaining relative updates on my vehicle, communicating with shop foreman, and being more than personable and professional. In addition, his humor and kindness were MORE than appreciated. The attention to the problem and his concern in resolving my vehicle’s issue helped me to feel less stressed about the situation.
