I understand the dealership is under construction but the lack of communication is absolutely inexcusable. Phones calls that were never returned or anyone followed up with either of us on. Sales promised things that I had to keep reminding were needing to be rectified. We purchased 2 vehicles at the same time and both had separate issues. Firstly, not sure how you sell a car that only has one key (a '23 Bronco Sport!) and then take 22 days to deliver said promised said key... There were also scratches on the tailgate in the paint which he had buffed out but left some bumper scratches. When we went to pick it up, we noticed the bumper had been damaged more than when we dropped it off, leading the salesman to say "You didn't point that out!" IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF. Does not feel good to be accused by someone you gave I am sure a nice commission with 2 vehicles, accusing you of being dishonest. The '17 F150 I purchased had been "Blue Certified" by the dealership which according to the paperwork, I was handed included new windshield wipers which I had to ask for on the 2nd time coming by with an issue with vacuum system (broken fitting that was "missed"). Additionally, both of our trade-ins had to have payoffs sent off. We closed the deals on the 22nd and it took until the 16th of the following month for the payoffs to be sent. My payment was due on the 18th and when we both questioned the finance department, it took quite a few days to get it all cleared up and may not have happened if we did not call to question them about it! More
