Upon arrival, I spoke with Peter, the Service Manager, & he verified the service details. The waiting area is comfortable & I could get work done - & there’s free coffee ! So I particularly asked them to change my rear viper - car comes out - not fixed. Always some small mess in this place, they always forget to do one or two things, some of the staff members is very rude a car comes out - not fixed.
