Steer clear of this place! They locked my oil cap to where I’m forced to go back to them. Told me for two years that I had to come to them. Went to the concord store and they said that I didn’t need to where I’m forced to go back to them. Told me for two years that I had to come to them. Went to the concord store and they said that I didn’t need to use them for service. Went on a wild goose chase to try to get an oil change and get the cap broken off. Which cost me $200! They should have informed me that there is a lock and allow me to decide if I want it locked or have my car serviced elsewhere. They will deceive you to get your business, hold back information and prey on women. Do not go here for any reason!! More
