Was never notified of service completion until multiple calls made. I was told service would be completed within 1-1.5 hrs, it was 4.5 before I received my vehicle. I missed a scheduled appointment elsewhe calls made. I was told service would be completed within 1-1.5 hrs, it was 4.5 before I received my vehicle. I missed a scheduled appointment elsewhere because the vehicle was not ready on time - not to mention I made multiple calls to department to check status at 4 hour mark with no return call. More

It’s always a pleasure to go here for service. Great waiting area, lots of free coffee, and food for purchase.
