Always had wonderful experiences with Scott clark but this time a maintenance check kept me waiting in the dealership for 4 hours. After two hours I was told I needed filters and wipers and would be good this time a maintenance check kept me waiting in the dealership for 4 hours. After two hours I was told I needed filters and wipers and would be good to go in approximately 20 minutes. Two hours later I was told it was done. Was not acceptable since I was waiting.
