Always had wonderful experiences with Scott clark but this time a maintenance check kept me waiting in the dealership for 4 hours. After two hours I was told I needed filters and wipers and would be good this time a maintenance check kept me waiting in the dealership for 4 hours. After two hours I was told I needed filters and wipers and would be good to go in approximately 20 minutes. Two hours later I was told it was done. Was not acceptable since I was waiting. Very dissatisfied this time snd disappointed after always receiving top notch service in the many years I’ve dealt with Scott clark. More

He literally yelled at my wife. Zero professionalism and a coward. We have spent thousands in trust at Scott Clark. My wife (mechanic by blood) questioned a replacement of rotors because the service ticket said that they machined them (which is not what we paid for). Well this is MY DAUGHTERS car and Petey got called up to deal with my irate wife because he would not sacrifice $35 for assistance with a clearly visible nail in the tire that the rotor replacement and inspection should have caught. Pete threatened my wife, yelled and tried to intimidate her. Over… wait…… $35. (We have spent Thousands): I’m glad I wasn’t there Petey, we would have had a different conversation. I pray that I run into you someday. Glad to know you name though. More
