The next day we called because we thought there might be a transmission issue. I couldn't reach Pete, but did reach his supervisor, Mark Molenda who said to bring it right in. I did, service checked it out and Pete came over to tell us about the Econ light on this vehicle - don't use it unless you are on the highway at a steady speed! No transmission problem after all. They were both extremely caring as it is my first car purchase on my own. They offered me the most for the trade in of my sedan and even included a hitch package on the truck for less money a month than other dealers did without it. I contacted 7 jeep dealerships but this one was above and beyond the rest. There was a stain under the clear coat of one of my new doors and some scratches on the wheel well that I didn't see when I bought it, took the jeep back to the dealership the next day and they replaced both the door and the wheel well. Their customer service is above all, and they keep their promises. Don't waste your time going anywhere but ferman new port richey. More
