I'm a local guy. I grew up in West Chester and live here still. After graduating from Penn State, I stumbled into the car business. I was really open to any type of job, and I saw that Otto's BMW was hiring. I knew from growing up in the area that Otto's was a well respected local business, so I applied and was hired. After working for BMW for three and a half years, Otto's offered me the opportunity to sell MINIs, which I accepted. I love the whole mindset behind the brand... a premium car that still leaves a lot of room for fun. I've owned a 2014 Cooper 2 Door, a 2014 Countryman, 2017 Clubman, 2019 Clubman, and I'm currently driving a 2023 Cooper S 2 Door. I really pride myself in being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. In my mind, the old school days of car selling are over. I strive to make it a fun and engaging experience, which is what I would want if I were buying a car myself.

I came in on a whim to take advantage of a lease deal on an EV Mini. The showroom itself was pristine and airy. Our sales rep, Pete, worked with us to get the lease to a number we were comfortable and went an EV Mini. The showroom itself was pristine and airy. Our sales rep, Pete, worked with us to get the lease to a number we were comfortable and went over the various financial implications of various options presented. Him and his team were not pushy about upgrades and was straightforward in his review of potential upgrades and trim packages on top of the base model. Pete and his team hustled to get us in-and-out on the same day, which required completing the typical mountain of paperwork on top of having to clear out about 5 other vehicles from the showroom interior to get the model on display I desired. The hustle was appreciated, and I was driving home in new vehicle in about 2.5 hours. More

Pete made everything really easy to understand and helped me work out exactly which model I wanted. He was extremely helpful in helping me understand exactly what I was getting for my money and was upfront a me work out exactly which model I wanted. He was extremely helpful in helping me understand exactly what I was getting for my money and was upfront and honest with me, which is great to see from a dealer. Furthermore, the dealership itself had great upkeep and made it easy to tell exactly which car was which and how they were priced. All in all, a great experience and I hope all MINI dealers are like this. My two nitpicks are that I wish they offered home delivery or had an easier way to obtain the full price breakdown of a vehicle through their website. More
