My new go to person Denise L. was awesome to work with, as far as Colonial Cadillac, I don't understand why my glove compartment was tampered with, things weren't the way I left t was awesome to work with, as far as Colonial Cadillac, I don't understand why my glove compartment was tampered with, things weren't the way I left them and this kinda big dirt mark on the drivers' door, I had to clean it with the vinyl cleaner but I'm always do'in that anyway, just saying...just those 2 hiccups, not a huge deal...the rims look excellent on the vehicle. I was interested in an Electric Powered Vehicle. I met with Alex Rogers who sold me on the LYRIQ, he explained Electric Vehicles, the Cadillac 2023 LYRIQ, its features, options, and availability. I I met with Alex Rogers who sold me on the LYRIQ, he explained Electric Vehicles, the Cadillac 2023 LYRIQ, its features, options, and availability. I ordered a 2023 LYRIQ when GM started to take orders. He continued to keep me updated on the availability, status, and build progress. Alex is a true Professional and an asset to Colonial Cadillac. Steve Sousa invited me to a 2023 LYRIQ show-and-tell when the dealership received their first prerelease LYRIQ in the showroom. Adam Liebermann scheduled a LYRIQ test drive and explained all the available options and features. He notified me that GM stopped building the 2023 LYRIQ and invited me to come in to convert my order to a 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ. I was so happy to hear Adam’s voice when he called me to let me know that my LYRIQ had just arrived at the dealership. He again went through all the features, linked my cell phone with Bluetooth and helped me with the connection to On Star. Steve Lander prepared all the sales paperwork, the application for financing the LYRIQ, and alerted me of additional warranties available. To save time he prepared some of the paperwork ahead of time and was very meticulous in explaining everything I had to sign. Colonial Cadillac has a very friendly and professional sales and service staff who go out of their way to assist customers. My recent LYRIQ sales process was very pleasant, simple, and hassle free. I have been a loyal Colonial Cadillac customer for over 20 years and do recommend Colonial Cadillac to all my relatives, friends, and associates. More
