I was happy enough with my salesman, not so much with the finance guy Pete Coley. I don't remember being introduced to Colin Parker and don't know who he is. Even though I said I wanted to pay cash, the fri finance guy Pete Coley. I don't remember being introduced to Colin Parker and don't know who he is. Even though I said I wanted to pay cash, the friend who accompanied me told me he though I should just hear finance because they told him I would get a further discount if I financed. No further discount was given. I feel like I was worn down. After test driving and negotiating I was there four more hours. I hadn't eaten, was freezing cold inside and wasn't even offered water until the very end. My friend sat in his car for those 4 hours to stay with our 2 dogs as it was too hat to leave them. I finally gave into an additional $4465 for warranties. With page upon page of paperwork to sign it would gave taken another 2 hours to read and comprehend them all. When I read them at home I wanted to cancel them all, especially the maintenance plan when I called the plan and realized I had paid $1026 for a maximum of 5 oil changes @ $205 each! I would have waited 60 days to cancel the mechanical plan once I had some time to drive it a bit. But I've had to have a fifth surgery in a year and have not been able to drive. The bank told me today the when I paid off the loan, the would automatically cancel all plans. I've just called the bank and got a payoff amount. So far I'm happy with the car. The buying experience not so much. More
