Very friendly greeting, and was taken directly to the salesperson that I had a appointment with. Micky, Roland, and Pete were absolutely amazing! I came to just look and get information. Because Micky asked me all the right questions in a professional, yet not overly aggressive manner, I left w I came to just look and get information. Roland help finish the deal, and Pete was fantastic handling the financials! All three of them had great personalities. Micky was an absolute gentleman. Thank you for having such a great team. I went to three dealerships today and was not approached by a single person asking if I needed any help. I decided to go to Ferman Chevrolet because it's where I had bought my previous vehicle and I had had by a single person asking if I needed any help. I decided to go to Ferman Chevrolet because it's where I had bought my previous vehicle and I had had a great experience. I pulled in to the parking lot and Nelly was at my window asking what he could help me with before I could even park my car. We sat at a desk and discussed the features I wanted for a few minutes and then hit the lot to look at some vehicles. We wandered around for a little bit looking at the different options that were in my desired price range and decided to take a couple out for test drives. Nelly was super friendly and a pleasure to talk to while we were driving and while we were stuck in the car for about twenty minutes during the typical afternoon Florida monsoon. He even interacted with my kids when they started to get a little antsy and made them feel like a part of the buying experience. Pete helped in the finance department and he definitely put in some extra work to make sure I left happy and at the price I wanted to pay. He didn't care that it was already after close; he made sure I got the best possible loan option. I had yet another wonderful experience at Ferman Chevrolet today and it's safe to say, I'll skip all of the other dealerships and head straight to see Nelly when it's time for another car. Thank you for being amazing, Nelly! It really was a pleasure spending the day with you. :) More

This dealership does not want customers with GM employee pricing. Ferman took over $5000 off my trade I bought from them 9 months earlier in the same or better condition than I bought it from them ( I have pricing. Ferman took over $5000 off my trade I bought from them 9 months earlier in the same or better condition than I bought it from them ( I have a monthly carwash membership with Mister Car Wash and had the car detailed before trading in). Ferman didn't credit my GAP refund into my new car price. They also tried to pay less for my payoff, until I emailed about legal action. They did not pay my trade-in within the 10 days they are obligated and I had to make another payment, Ferman accounting tried to use this as an excuse to underpay my trade-in payoff, an amount in the contract. A horrible salesperson, with no follow-up, and deception with every new, let me talk to my manager. Just one of the absurd finance person remarks was to try and add GAP insurance to this new auto when I put more than $20,000 down on a $38,000 price. More

Great experience! Josh had the car I was interested in ready when I arrived, I had already completed the credit app online so it was very easy and fast!
