As newcomers with a specific but limited budget, we had lots of questions and uncertainties about leasing. Friends had told us it could take two to three months to finalize a good deal, but in our case the whole process took no more than two to three weeks. I contacted different companies and dealers at the same time to request quotes, and my very first exchange was with Roger. He was quick to respond and provided me with multiple quotes based on the conditions I asked for. His efficiency and transparency helped us move forward much faster than we expected. Honestly, we couldn’t believe how much progress we could make simply through messaging on our phones, even before visiting in person. Later, even without an appointment, we stopped by Rudy Luther and finally met Roger in person. We were very impressed with his professionalism and the effort he put into finding us the best possible deal. Everything was explained clearly and simply, and just one week later, our car was ready. This was our very first experience owning a car in the U.S., and Rudy Luther together with Roger made it a truly smooth and positive one for us. More
